Request a room away from the lobby area to avoid potential strong incense smells during festivals.

Location: the hotel was just off the city centre of Shanghai, restaurant, and a mall, subway and market. The pool was very clean and I had carbonated drinks in the sky bar...

The room was nice with soft beds and a lounge, reliable Wi-Fi, and a huge window. The staff were both lovely and charming. Marvellous and brilliant location very close to subway station made it easy to get to key attractions: D

Amazing place with amenities like free Wi-Fi, an indoor swimming pool, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me find my lost earring during my first stay, which I appreciate. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Location, international standard facility and service.
A bit pricy if without promotion. The charge at the bar is ridiculous - 10USD for a ginger ale or a small Evian water.

Fantastic stay with great views
I had a wonderful 4-night stay, enjoying the spacious room with fine city views and a lovely ensuite bathroom. The executive lounge on the 52nd floor offered a quiet retreat with delicious refreshments. The staff were attentive. One area for improvement could be the breakfast variety, as it felt somewhat limited .

Hotel location. Price.
Breakfast buffet was empty and not replenished quickly. Some foods were after 2 hours not fresh any more. Like noodles. For new year evening restaurant needed booking to have a seat. This was not informed. Swimming pool was closed. This was not informed at booking time.

The price in which one gets a 5 star hotel.
The reception services during the check in was horrible. Some local chinese businessmen who came after me bypassed the que and the reception still attended them. Later on when I showed my concern the receptionist was applogetic! But still attended them!!!

The Pullman provided a very pleasant stay with its comfortable, spacious rooms and excellent location near the metro. The staff were excellent, particularly in the executive lounge, where I enjoyed a lovely ambiance and fine views of Shanghai. The welcome drink and 50% dining discount were a nice surprise that added value to my experience.
Breakfast options were limited and lacked variety.
